Education is a process of facilitating learning or accomplishment of values, knowledge, notion, and habits. Education is the term used for learning the theory. Usually, an education can emphasize knowledge in which you previously have a foundation. In wide-ranging logic, the term training is the act of illuminating a special behavior or skill, which is usually provided to the teachers. 

Education and training cultivate students to become overwhelmingly productive for the society. Simultaneously, on job training for professional development of teachers is indispensable. Training provides teachers the talent to do something practically as compared to just knowing about something theoretically. Training can be specific to their requirement, their subject-need or their skill set if they want to implement a methodology to ameliorate students capabilities. 

We believe that innovation is the key factor in evolving to an integrated and leaner-centred teaching pedagogy as the world is changing and is more uncertain than ever before. In fact, a teacher needs to be constantly upgrading, adapting, engaging, imagining, creating and learning modern techniques; we realize that we must take up the mantle and educated for tomorrow.

It is one of our primary objectives that a teacher must become a facilitator

of children’s learning in a manner that helps them to construct knowledge and meaning. We feel it our responsibility for every teacher to participate in the construction of syllabi and teaching-learning materials. A teacher should be equipped with an adequate understanding of curriculum, subject-content and pedagogy.

In our academic calendar, we have fixed every Saturday for our teachers to upgrade their teaching skills. This includes the manifestation of a wide range of training sessions with teaching and learning materials by our trained profes-sionals and vastly experienced teacher trainers. These interactions act as a professional development tool for teachers to help them gain expertise in teaching their subjects and to contribute proactively in imparting a higher quality education.
