01 AGE LIMIT

Students seeking admissions to hold the following conditions:

• Age limit for Huffaz Catch-Up & Pre-6th 9 to 11 years

• Age limit for 6th class. 10 to 12 years

• Age limit for 7th class. 11 to 13 years

• Age limit for 8th class. 12 to 14 years

• Age limit for 9th class. 13 to 16 years

02 MINIMUM MARKS

From Class Huffaz Catch-Up to Class 8th:

• Minimum 60% marks are mandatory in entry test.

• Successfully qualifying the interview.

For Class 9th:

• Minimum 70 % marks are mandatory in entry test.

• Successfully qualifying the interview.

For College:

• Minimum 60% marks in Matric.

• Minimum 60% marks in entry test.

• Successfully qualifying the interview.

03 required documents

• Four (4) passport size recent photographs.

• Metric Result (Attested Copy)

• Previous year school leaving certificate.

• Original N.O.C. in case of matriculation other than Karachi Board.

• Affidavit

04 rules & regulations

• All the students have to follow the rules strictly with no exceptions.

• Advanced / prior application need to be approved in case of any day off.

• Student will be eliminated if he is absent for one continuously one week (6 days) without any application / approval.

• All the students are to abide Islamic formalism, especially shaving / cutting beard is strictly prohibited.

• Students are not allowed to keep mobile phones. Otherwise mobile phones will be taken away. (exceptions will be considered)

• Code of ethics is compulsory for every student and that will not be tolerated at all. Unethical approach towards teachers and staff members can result in extrusion from institute.

• Students are not allowed to grow their hair against the policy.

• Every student has to clear all their outstanding dues before 5th of every month.

• Any damage, harm or sabotage in the residency will be totally on students account.

• Students are not allowed to bring any visitor or let him stay in the institute without any prior permission from the management

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Students seeking admission in any class should:

1. fall in the required age group

2. fill the admission form and submit it to the admission office

3. submit the required documents

i. four passport size photographs

ii. Birth certificate / Form B

iii. Previous year result (attested copy)

iv. Previous school leaving certificate

v. Affidavit

4. get through the entry test with overall 60% marks

5. appear in the interview and get through it

6. pay the required fees for any class (at the time of admission)

7. purchase the prescribed course books and uniform.
